How do I know what size to order?
Most of our apparel is made-to-order, so please refer to measurements to ensure the perfect fit. We cannot exchange apparel for improper sizing so please double check your measurements to our size charts before placing your order.
How long do orders take to arrive?
Finally going back to normal after COVID19 situation. Most of our made to order items deliver within 7-10 days. In stock item orders may take 2-3 or 5-7 days depending on the shipping service selected.
Can I return or exchange an item?
All sales are final. Though it is unlikely due to quality control — in the rare case of an item arriving damaged — that item will be reshipped free of charge. Please email email@example.com with a photo of the damage.
Where do you ship to?
Our made to order items are custom designed, cut and sewn in the U.S., Europe, and Canada and ship to the U.S., Europe and Mexico.
How do I become a brand rep for Feature Apparel?
We do announcements for brand reps on social media twice a year. Everyone who wears and love Feature Apparel are encouraged to apply. Stay tuned and make sure to join our email list for the latest on how you can get involved.
